1. Controller

2. Server log files

When you visit the site, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, browser, date) is processed by our hoster (Strato). Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. Retention: typically 7 days.

3. Contact form

Any data you submit via the contact form (name, e-mail, optionally phone, message) is processed solely to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b and f GDPR. We do not pass this data to third parties and delete it once it is no longer needed.

4. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process your e-mail address based on your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR) to send you updates and content. You can withdraw consent any time by mailing felicitas@thecnnection.com.

5. Fonts

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (USA). Loading transmits your IP address to Google. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Your rights

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. You can file complaints with the supervisory authority responsible for you.
